One of our friends is looking for a full-time experienced investment analyst to join their fast growing global Real Estate and Hospitality PE fund.
Job Scope:
– Analyse investment projects
– Financial modelling and valuation
– Due Diligence
– Other assignments as and when necessary
Preference:
– Those sitting for CFA exam
– Knowledge of property investment
– Experience of working in private equity fund, and/or family office
