This corporate finance internship opportunity comes from the Singapore office of one of the world’s preeminent financial advisory and asset management firms, operating from 40 cities across 24 countries in North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, Central and South America.
The firm provides advice on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and capital raising, as well as asset management services.
Job Specifications
Company and industry research,
Financial analysis;
Participating in the development of client presentations, and
interacting with associates and senior bankers.
Looking for:
Top undergraduate students passionate about working hard in an unstructured environment, where initiative, maturity, poise and enthusiasm for learning are highly valued.
Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, along with familiarity with financial and accounting concepts.
Applicants with internship experience related to finance or accounting are preferred.

Our jobs referral platform involves our partners securing for our apprentices opportunities in the front office, which are mostly of private referral in nature and not advertised elsewhere. In certain special circumstances, we may even secure opportunities with priority or exclusivity offered to SpringBoard interns and apprentices on the Mentorship Program.
