Job Scope of Junior Analyst
The ideal candidate should have a solid financial modelling skill to help the MD build REIT models.
Daily job scope includes but not limited to financial modelling, attending company briefing, and writing market commentary.
Required skillsets
- Proven financial modelling skills
- Preferably CFA candidates passed level 1/2
- Prior working experiences are not required
- Self-motivated, organized, driven and hardworking
Important Internship before full-time contract
- Selected candidates will go through a three month paid internship before the full-time opportunity is offered. This is to test the quality of the candidate
